But I would take exception with a couple of his points.
Stocks and bonds have gone down together several times during my investing life. Interest rates go up which automatically lessens the value of bonds AND is seen as a negative to growth. Hence stocks go down too.
Second, credit has not dried up. There may be a bit less demand at higher rates, but there is still credit available.
