I think it's pretty clear here Goober that he has not completed that portion of his investigation.
And yes sir - plea deals in this case are for information or do you just think aw shucks, Mueller is feeling generous?
And to ask whether I understand that plea deals are not always about flipping someone is a bold admission that sometimes they sure are, like ya know, this case.
