mostly the wealthy is certainly an easy thing to do politically and will be easy to sell because most people are at least getting a small break on their taxes every month.
Should ultimately be a win for them, but so far that's the win and they can't seem to focus on it because of the Don. They'll need to focus on that if they want to win in '18 because they're losing most of the special elections and those seats have been turning blue.
