From KC take Stadium to Providence south to Truman's Landing (will be on your right at the light at the bottom of the hill). Plenty of parking, it's free and they'll be running extra shuttles. Drop off and after game pick up is right outside the Arena.

From KC you could also take Stadium to the Gustin entrance and follow Carrie Franke Drive past the old softball stadium and down to the reactor and Truman's Landing. That will also get you out quicker.
