become an alcoholic but knowing it allows me to take steps to keep it from happening.
Yes, every individual is different. That does not mean that groups cannot have traits that make them more prone to some outcomes. It also allows investigation into cultural differences that may impact outcomes as well.
Isn’t more data on any subject something we should aspire to?
