Have the FBI wake him up in the middle of the night & take all of his computers, cell phones etc., confiscate his work computers too & make sure those FISA warrants are for his staff and family as well.
The new Special Prosecutor should have a big budget and a vague scope of what to look for, collusion with the Russians, of course, and any illegal activities by anyone associated with him that they can find.
18 prosecutors on his team and dozens of investigators to assist them.
Indictments and grand juries for anyone who seems to be resisting. Let them hire as many lawyers as they think they need... on their own dime, of course.
