How many of the following 15 victories would not have been achieved had a random Tigerboard poster been our head coach, or if we had simply taken the court with no coaching staff? My opinion is we would have won all 15, which is over half of the total victories achieved in the Kim Anderson era.

Opponent kenpom ranking in ()

Chaminade (NR) : In the last place game of the EA Sports Maui Invitations, MU draws DII opponent Chaminade and outmans then for a 14 point win. Freshman Namon Wright goes 7 for 7 from the field including 4 three pointers to carry the Tigers.

Maryland Eastern Shore (318) : Despite trailing at the half to a MEAC opponent that would finish 10-22 on the season, MU was able to use a balanced attack in which 4 Tigers scored in double figures to come back and win in the second half in this opening round CBE Classic game at Mizzou Arena.

Arkansas Pine Bluff (344) : MU held an opponent to the lowest total since 1947 in allowing only 25 points to Arkansas Pine Bluff. Pine Bluff would finish the season 8-25, and the Tiger's cancelled the next day's practice to celebrate holding an opponent below 30 points.

Alabama A&M (351) : The Tigers absolutely rolled a hapless Alabama A&M squad 99-44 in which the opponent shot only 26% and the Tiger converted at 63%. Freshman Frankie Hughes tied the all time program record for points in a freshman debut with 23.

Savanah State (332) : To close out non-con play, MU secured its second consecutive blowout with a 29 point win over eventual 16-16 Savannah State from the MEAC. The Tigers would go on a 19-0 run, and Wes Clark would score a career high 22 on 9 of 10 shooting.

Arkansas State (252) : Facing an Arkansas State team that would go 11-20 on the season, MU held a 4 point lead with under 5 minutes to go when Namon Wright converted a 4 point play and MU made their free throws down the stretch for a 10 point home win.

Lipscomb (298) : In the final non-con contest of the season, MU would face a Lipscomb team that would go 14-17 on the year and rank 337th in the nation in points allowed. Despite Lipscomb leading for 24 and half minutes of game time to MU’s 11 minutes of lead, the Tigers were able to overtake Lipscomb down the stretch when their opponent missed 18 of their final 19 field goal attempts.

Northwestern State (271) : MU used a balanced attack where 5 different Tigers reached double digits and KJ Walton came off the bench to lead with 19 points in a 24 point MU victory.

Miami Ohio (276): MU took a 1 point lead into halftime, but came out the locker room and went on a 16-0 run to seize control. Russell Woods recorded his first career double double with 15 points and 10 boards, and Puryear added a team high 19. MU finished strong for a 26 point home.

Elon (249) : In a home contest against an Elon team who would go 15-18, MU would cling to a 1 point lead with just over 3 minutes to play and was able to knock down their free throws down the stretch and secure a 5 point victory.

Tulane (262) : Facing a Tulane squad that went 12-22 the prior season in the 7th place game of the Tire Pros Invitational, MU fell behind early and trailed by 10 at halftime after only scoring 22 points. However sophomore KJ Walton came off the bench and contributed 18 second half points and with 5:20 remaining in the second half the Tigers claimed the lead for good and held on for a 67-62 win.

Oral Roberts (206) : Missouri extended its winning streak to 2 games, their longest of the '14-'15 season, with a win at home vs Oral Roberts. Despite leading for only 55 seconds in the first half, the Tigers use an amazing 8 for 9 shooting behind the 3 point line in the second half (to Oral Robert’s 0 for 9 behind the arc) to pull away.

SEMO (233) : Back at home against in-state opponent SEMO that would go 13-17 on the season, MU trailed the first 36 minutes of the game but is able to rally late due to hitting 6 of 7 shooting behind the arc in the second half to win by 4..

Wofford (187) : To open the 2016 season, MU faced a Wofford team that would go on to finish 15-17 in the opening game of the CBE Classic. Playing in his first college game, freshman Kevin Puryear would burst onto the scene with a 20 point performance, and Namon Wright would come off the bench with 18 points and 7 boards.

Omaha (148) : MU took the court against the 4-5 Omaha team from the Summit League and behind an 18 point / 8 rebound performance by Kevin Puryear was able to secure a 7 point victory.
