and I dont think there is any reason to doubt it as such, then you are saying that Page had already wrapped the investigation into the emails, right?

In that case, Obama wanted to know what to expect when the report went public. I dont see any impropriety, tbh. He wanted to get ahead of it so he could prepare for the fallout no matter the outcome.

At any rate, this isnt the bombshell that the Right wants it to be, IMHO.
