Good luck to you, also! They didn't shut SVXY down.

So, I bought more shares this morning. Ha! Up 5.6% since then. It brought my average cost down from $103 per share to $51 with a relatively minimal investment. Since volatility is already high, I don't see a spike that would threaten the rest of my position. As volatility settles down, it is hoped I'll regain a decent portion of my losses. That was an unusual event. Then again, they may decide to follow XIV into liquidation. Who knows? I risked about $2K more, but the VIX tends to drop quickly from such elevated heights.
I had sold down many of my positions, so at least I didn't get killed too badly on my other holdings. I bought other stocks today. Perhaps I should have waited longer, but most of them have 10% to 20% to go if they get back to test previous highs.
