Dumb ass is told numerous times to keep his hands in view, yet keeps putting them in his pockets.
He finally bolts and she drills him with the taser.
LEO's were watching that and laughing their asses off. Not because they are heartless, but because that dipshìt was given numerous chances to comply and brought getting zapped on himself.
I personally would have had him on his knees, ankles crossed, hands on head with fingers interlocked and palms up so that ANY attempt to move would have been an obvious effort and tagged him with the taser then.
She cut him way too much slack.
