She clearly deliberately and egregiously violated the law.

It was just a clear cut case of the FBI doing what they were created to do... until they caved to Obama's pressure & the fear of what Hillary would do to them when she was elected... or so they thought... and to the political gamesmanship within the FBI to try and keep Trump out of the White House, aka thwart the will of the voters.

They were blindsided by the way the polls were also so biased... and wrong.
