or Trump's anger towards Sessions over Sessions recusal from the Russian investigation
or Trump's tweets towards Yates that may be construed as intimidation
or Trump's firing of Yates
or Trump's firing of Comey
or Trump's revelation that he wanted to fire Moeller
or Don Jr's draft of a memo intended to obfuscate the purpose of a June 2016 meeting with Russians.

Just ignore intent and these actions and you can pretend that obstruction has never happened.
