are supposed to file an application with the FISA court with evidence sufficient to get court approval to review what NSA has already obtained. People keep calling it a warrant which I don't think is technically what it is called, but it is like a warrant.
There is a lot of evidence this process was misused by the Obama administration (FBI/DOJ) to spy on Trump and then to try to take down a duly elected President.
I repeat: FISA needs to be blown up. However, it does not absolve the outright criminality of the Obama administration.
And if Drumpf is doing the same thing - he should be impeached and go to jail too.
If you have evidence of that I'd love to hear it.
