about how long it took them, and there were also medical links provided which suggested early return could be within 4-6 weeks. I pointed out at some point along the way, that the one I saw said 10 weeks was normal average time to be able to return to full activity, as compared to the 4-6 weeks which was the earliest.
They took the optimist view, along with tweets being made, to believe it was going to be an early return. It wasn't delusional, but it wasn't a practical view either.
He had surgery around November 21, so it's been almost 9 weeks.
Thinking that this athlete who is in otherwise excellent shape could be back in 8 or 9 weeks, instead of the normal average 10, is not delusional.
