Mammals are territorial animals. Humans are mammals. What happens if a lion wonders into the territory of another pride? It is driven off or killed. What happens if a baboon wonders into the territory of another troop? It is driven off or killed.

Humans are not different. Humans are tribal. What happened if a Crow wondered into the territory of the Sioux? Driven off or killed. It is in our DNA. It is natural for humans to set up societies and protect that society. Open borders is completely unnatural. Arguing for open borders is arguing against nature itself. It is solely up to that given society who they want to allow in or exclude.
