If the dems don't accept his plan, the dreamers are deported and we don't have to worry about them in the future=win.
If the dems do accept his plan, dreamers still wont be citizens for 10-12 years at the earliest, and we stop importing the third to America from $hitholes.
Either way we stave off Obama's dream of turning America into a third world country for at least another generation.
