obstruction of a crime that never occurred and, more importantly, an investigation that wasn't occurring according to Comey himself who said he repeatedly told DJT he was not under investigation. Comey also testified that he serves at the discretion of the president and can be fired, at will, at any time of the president's choosing; which is all accurate of course.
not too mention indicting a sitting president is iffy, legally speaking, anyway. there's almost zero chance he's impeached unless midterms are a complete ****show for Republicans and I just don't see a chance in hell of Dems taking the house.
