manual? To me, it's no different than DGB. Even though there were no criminal charges, the U decided it still violated their personal conduct policy and announced that they were suspended/expelled in the case of one student. I don't know if that suspension is for all university activities (sports and academics) or simply for basketball. I suspect all.
