25 would not be enough for baseball. In the MLB 25 is the limit but when someone gets hurt, he's replaced by a minor leaguer, or whatever. Can't do that in college. So what if you had some injuries, some guys quit (it happens) & several guys who decide to redshirt. So you're down to less that 20 & risk injury to overused pitchers.

No, you need 35 in college, not 25.
