Why are they preparing for civil war? I wonder what happened? Don't they still have those great cradle to grave government benes? National healthcare? Social democracy (i.e. socalist)?

Is it the system of government or the stock of people that populate a country?

Is there magic dirt that just makes people in a country like Sweden happy, succesful, and contented, or is it driven by the people who populate Sweden?
