Phillips looks about the same as last year which obviously isn't going to cut it. I don't know if it's mental, lack of work, or just his physical limitations but it's not surprising he is seeing fewer and fewer minutes given his play when he makes it on the court. I hate to see it because he is a good kid off the court.
