And, if he actually attempts to do something, you'd have the easiest case in the world---unless you threatened him physically.

There's literally nothing to worry about. TBIM a mod and let them handle it.

Hell, I had a poster mocking me about my father's death and talking about sexually molesting my daughter. It was taken care of without me needing to do anything.
