It's immoral to deport the 800K folks, but it is and was unconstitutional for Obama to have decreed by Executive Order they can stay and same if Trump were to order deportation (which he apparently has zero stomach for).

Judge in San Fran's stay has given Congress and POTUS 6 months to figure it out.

DOSSIER
Clear that the intelligence community (primarily deep state folks who stay in office regardless of administration) and specifically Comey/Clapper and agents in the intelligence wing of the FBI (a small part of the FBI) acted likely illegally and conspired to use their offices and powers to support HRC and undermine Trump via the dossier and spying.

LAUGHABLY - now Nunez and Trump support additional legislation which allows even more spying on domestic targets without probable cause making it easier in the future for what Obama and the intelligence community did to trump the candidate to be done by a future sitting POTUS.

He basically said yeah, the dossier is a result of dirty play by intelligence folks but the Pubs stand on no high constitutional nor moral grounds if they aren't working (through sessions) to clean it out and put a stop to spying on US citizens without cause.
