I'll summarize it for you: he's saying that the Michael Cohen trip to Prague was proven false, which got him to wondering if the whole Trump Russian collusion narrative was itself a clever bit of disinformation for Russia.

Why would a NYT national security reporter suddenly think the whole Trump Russian collusion narrative originated from the Russians to weaken Trump?
