It's just hard to do when you run a tiny taco restaurant or ethnic grocery store/mini mart, or your main job is day labor that might pay you cash under the table, but it's only half(of less) the going rate for your type of trade (carpentry, roofing, whatever)

I have a few Mexican families in KCK insured, they're all great people. Take care of their property well, always pay on time, no trouble whatsoever.
