WBB RPI rankings today...

Still a lot of games to go, but these rankings are starting to become more stable for most teams.
Mizzou is at #15 today; we have been in the 14-17 range for several weeks now. Not sure if we can escape from this general range. We have 5 conference games left against 5 of the 6 best RPI teams in the conference, but also have 5 games left against the 5 worst RPI teams in the SEC. Keeping our winning percentage high is the only thing we can directly control, but that makes up just 25% of our raw score.
Here are the RPI ranks of the SEC teams today:
3 Miss State
9 Tennessee
14 South Carolina
15 Mizzou
16 TAMU
21 Georgia
49 LSU
61 Arkansas
64 Alabama
94 Kentucky
96 Ole Miss
109 Auburn
127 Vandy
209 Florida
Here are the rankings for our non conference opponents:
23 Cal
43 Quinnipiac
46 Western Ky
57 Kansas State
75 Indiana
84 Wright State
116 MO State
121 SLU
135 Xavier
141 Illinois
164 SIU-E
216 New Orleans
319 Coppin State
Cal is holding steady as a top 50 win at least, probably a top 25 win if they finish strong. Quinnipiac is in danger of falling out of the top 50, but Kansas State is on the rise and could get into the top 50 by the end of the season, which would help our resume. They recently knocked off ranked teams in WVU and Ok State. Western Kentucky though could easily slip out of the top 50, which would hurt us. Indiana and Wright State are looking like solid 50-100 type teams. The other 7 wins against teams with 100+ RPI ranks, one of them over 200 and one over 300, mean nothing towards our NCAA resume and continue to be a drag on our own RPI.
