but I was referring to Shoe claiming Trump randomly targeted black countries, when that wasn't the case. African countries benefit greatly from chain migration, and the other countries mentioned are main beneficiaries of DACA (all topics of discussion).

Norway and Asia were brought up as examples of favoring immigrants who could personally benefit the United States.
