HCBO had a lot more to fix than most thought... most of it mental
Judging by the 6 game winning streak that has for the most part been accomplished and now you have your offensive and defensive leaders in the clubhouse coming back to help reinforce the "Mizzou Way"
10 Offensive Starters returning and 7 Defensive Starters?
Plenty of reason to be optimistic about a 3-0 start, most likely lose to UGA but then a bye week before USCe and OC Dooley is undefeated as an OC after a bye week so we've got that going for us (that and USCe isn't that good)
I'd say 6-6 is a bad season, but Mizzou is capable of doing Mizzou things and having a bad season. I derive no pleasure from being a doomsayer so I'll stay optimistic and believe in an 9-3 season until it's not possible.
Games are won in the trenches, Mizzou has rarely had an Offensive Line with this much experience combined with running backs like we have.
