I believe he is the ref that didn't call the foul on Cassius' drive to the basket (Cassius complained loudly to him after he was knocked down attempting a lay-up) and then this ref reacted by calling 2 phantom fouls on Cassius in the next few trips down the floor for Florida (including the no-touch 3 point foul that tied the game).
