How exactly did he mismanage Harris?

Harris either started or played starter minutes from game 1.

If you are suggesting he should have just let Harris play through all the mistakes and poor play he exhibited during the minuets he was given then I don't agree.

He definitely has the talent to be good at some point, but he was performing no better than Geist or Phillips.

I think CM handled this as well. Harris was given every opportunity to improve and he didn't.
