I don't understand how those who are criticizing him can't understand there are varying levels of "wrong". Sexual harassment =/= sexual assault =/= rape. That is essentially all Damon is saying, and he's not condoning any of it. It's like suggesting petty theft is the exact same as murder and should carry the same penalty. It's absurd.
