NO ONE on the coaching staff, NO ONE in Missouri high school coaches or players and lets be honest even the AD doesn't see Barry being a success. If the AD thought Barry was really going to be a success then why not give him a MASSIVE RAISE so he's NOT the lowest paid coach in the SEC?

The guy is getting a charity year because he beat a bunch of losing teams. Once Lock leaves because he's leaving this whole ship is going to sink to the bottom of the ocean and rest right next to the Titanic.

Then finally Mizzou will have to PONY UP and HIRE (I'm calling it right now a younger BRASH coach like Lane Kiffin) who immediately gets the media attention to the program.

Recruits like brash coaches, just like they love Ric Flair, they want to play for a coach with some swag and Barry has ZERO SWAG!

Can everyone here face reality Barry can't recruit Missouri kids, and his classes are leftovers from other states and he's winning with area kids that Pinkle recruited.

Be honest with yourself. Barry will not survive long term and his staff knows it.
