1. Extend mobbings to a week off. Up the necessary vote count to compensate so it's not abused easily.
2. Apply them to IP addresses, not usernames.
3. Subsequent mobbings lead to longer suspensions.
4. Repeated mobbings lead to moderator review for permanent bans.
5. Remove the politics board entirely.
