Why do Republicans trust Fox News more than Mueller?

Mueller is a career FBI man who has an exemplary track record of telling and finding the truth. He is a Vietnam vet who has a purple heart and saved lives over there. He is a lifelong Republican who was appointed by Bush.

Meanwhile Fox News has a track record for telling lies and half truths, they technically aren't even a news station, and has been a haven of sexual abuse. Even if you don't get your cues from Fox News, why would you trust Trump either.

He is an admitted liar who lies multiple times on a daily basis. He has multiple public ties with influential members of the Kremlin dating back to 2013. His sons even admitted to being funded by Russia because they couldn't get American funding. Hell he hasn't even released his tax returns like the past 5 presidents have.

I'm seriously concerned about where we are headed as a country if people can't even tell whats real news and what is fake biased trash.
