How is the extension helping recruiting so far?

All the SMART people on this board kept saying the extension for a coach who can't beat a team with a winning record, can't recruit Missouri, can't find a quarterback, can't keep staff, ran off all the Illinois guys, his defense is shreaded and I mean shreaded week in and week out, has NO ZERO confidence amoung the recruits especially in his own state, staff leaving left right because they KNOW he won't make it get out now, has an overall losing record, but heck what do I know. I'm just wondering from all the SMART people who said the extension was part of recruiting I'm just trying to undrestand how did the extension change our recruiting positions with the top 10 Missouri players, or the Southern Illinois kids, or just any QB in the nation or even any 3 star or above player (LOL). I say that because it seems almost every player he gets is a 2 star going in with ZERO to just a handful of D1 offers, then after coming to the SEC they get elevated to 3 star.

I'm just wondering if anyone can explain how magically everything changed for recruiting. I hear no buzz of landing a QB, landing any of the top 10 Missouri recruits, any flips for Mizzou, no ESPN top 250 nothing.

What is going on all we've done is land a couple more TWO STAR GUYS!
