Not exactly "Mizzou forgot."

Heupel was his recruiter.

Then Heupel left.

It does not look to me like a case of Martinez falling through the cracks so much as it was Heupel recruited all quarterbacks for Mizzou and he dropped the ball.

Doesn't matter anyway. He wasn't going to come here after Heupel left.
