Given the content of bs' statement, how could one fail to comprehend sarcasm? That was a response to a welfare question (that had nothing to do with taxes.)

Perhaps in your small mind, you can twist "Says the guy who thinks Corporate Tax rate should be 0", to be an assertion that a tax cut is welfare...I don't see that though.
