I recall DC being a pretty good OC in his years on GP's staff. He certainly had some good talent to work with for many of those years, but that could be said of most successful OCs.

The positives I see are that he has coached multiple offensive systems (including the spread). Granted, he ran a more passing oriented spread. He would be familiar with several on staff (Odom, Ford, Hill).

What are the negatives? Age?
