They had all of the transcripts - the lie isn't from the transcripts, he lied during the interview.

Again - the only "crime" uncovered so far is a crime that occurred only because the investigation occurred.

Hint: They interviewed him to entrap him, get him to try to hide something, etc. and it worked.

Flynn isn't impressing me with his acumen.
