Flynn's PLEA to a single charge of lying to FBI suggests that he is cooperating with the investigation. If that was all they had on him, he would not have pleaded GUILTY.

He got a bargain. Mueller had more charges. Mueller wouldnt have offered a deal if Flynn didnt have dirt on a bigger fish.

Its not really hard to connect the dots unless you dont want to...
