I'm sure he is no different than anyone else on their roster, he just happened to have an accident that brought his particular situation to public light and they were not well equipped/prepared to have a suitable explanation.

If he wouldn't have had that minor accident, nothing woudl have happened. And if any of their other players had an accident, they would be the one in his shoes.
