Goofus boy slips into office. Doesn't know what he is doing. Wants to be a powerful oligarch like the ones he worships in Russia. They play him for a fool.

And now the man will have to figure out just when he will resign with a just a whisper of dignity.

He said recently that the investigation would be over by years end and he would be exonerated.
