They are working for the same thing. They don't decide their own playing time. As much as you hate CVL, he's part of the team, and ain't going anywhere. I'm happy for Kassius. There is no reason to bag on CVL for his bench role. The head bb coach has determined he has value and can contribute to Mizzou wins on the court during live games. So why are you tearing him down? Feel free to go do better, that is, if they would let you anywhere near the locker room.
