Lets talk bowls. Gabe says Liberty won't be an option if

SEC doesn't have enough teams to fill.

If only 5 teams are available for the pool of 6 bowls, Liberty won't have an SEC team (this is confirmed).

It won't happen, even if Liberty is a good fit for us, because Liberty pays out about a million less than others.

If UGA, Auburn and Bama are in NY6 Bowls, Liberty won't be an option.


So what do we need to happen and what is likely to happen?


SEC Champion goes either to Top 4 (Peach/Fiesta Playoff), or to the Sugar Bowl.

Then you have the Orange Bowl, highest ranked team of SEC, BIG 10 & Notre Dame.

Then you have Cotton Bowl.

Then after of the NY6
Citrus
then could be TaxSlayer, Belk, Texas, Outback, Music City, Liberty (Liberty the lowest payout).

Then Birmingham gets next choice and Independence gets next choice (but probably won't have enough teams)
