They've been creatively taxed and that money was immediately spent.

If those same individuals ever receive any money under the pretenses of those programs (which is unlikely for many people and most young poor people), then they will simply be the beneficiary of stolen property from currently working people.

SS and Medicare are two of the largest scams ever perpetuated. This level of fraud needs to be eliminated immediately.
