Arky grad texted me the other day and said that his good friend from back home is a real estate agent and she texted him and said that she has been showing houses all day to Gussy's wife.

I texted him back and said "the old internet message board real estate rumor...gotta love it"

He said it is a reliable source.

I said "they all are"

He was not happy.
