Mizzou hasn't had a winning season since 1983. They are looking to build on their 5-6 season in 1996, but have started 3-3 with an inexcusable loss to KU in Lawrence, and a tough schedule to finish out the season.

@ Colorado W 41–31
(1) Nebraska L 38–45 OT
Baylor W 42–24
Only loss was the kicked-ball game against #1 Nebraska. They would finish 7-4 and lose to Colorado State in the Holiday Bowl.
2007
----
Mizzou has it's best team in decades. They start the season with 5 wins, before losing a heart-breaker to Oklahoma in Norman. At 5-1, the Tigers look great, but upstart Kansas has somehow started 6-0... and Mizzou might have to win every remaining game to have a chance at the Big 12 Title.
#22 Texas Tech W 41–10
Iowa State W 42–28
@ Colorado W 55–10
Texas A&M W 40–26
@ Kansas State W 49–32
#2 Kansas W 36–28
Mizzou clobbers it's remaining schedule, and faces KU on the last day (in KC) for the Big 12 North Title. #3 Mizzou (10-1) vs #2 Kansas (11-0) is not only for the Division Title, but a battle for No. 1 in the nation, as #1 LSU lost earlier to Arkansas.
Mizzou jumps out to a 28-7 4th quarter lead and fends off a furious KU rally, to win the most important game in the history of both programs. Mizzou wins it's first title of any sort since 1969, and reached #1 in the nation for only the 2nd time in it's history.
Mizzou loses to OU in the Big 12 Championship, and then pounds Arkansas 38-7 in the Cotton Bowl.
2013
----
Mizzou is in its 2nd year in the SEC East, and after a 5-7 debut in 2012, Mizzou is picked to finish near the basement of the SEC East again.
Instead, the burst out to 6-0 start, capped by blasting Georgia 41-26 in Athens. Unfortunately, James Franklin gets injured, and a freshman is thrust into the QB spot, trying to lead Mizzou to a completely unexpected Championship.
@ 22 Florida W 36–17

Tennessee W 31–3
@ Kentucky W 48–17
@ # 24 Ole Miss W 24–10
#19 Texas A&M W 28–21
Mizzou rolls along well without Franklin... Mauk wins 3 of his 4 starts, but Mizzou blows a 17-0 4th Q lead against South Carolina, and loses in OT. However, they win out the final 4 games, and James Franklin comes back to beat ranked Mississippi and Johnny Football's A&M, and clinch another 11-1 season and it's first SEC title, against almost insurmountable odds.
They lose a shootout with Auburn in the SEC Title game, and beat former Big 12 foe Oklahoma State in the Cotton Bowl. They finish with their 2nd Top 5 season at 12-2.
2014
----
Mizzou isn't expected to be very good, with Franklin, Josey (early NFL), Kony Ealy, Michael Sam, Lucas, Washington and DGB (kicked off team) all leaving from 2013's championship club, among others.
Early, they aren't. They start 3-0, but lose to a miserable Indiana program, and get beat to death by Goergia 34-0 in Columbia. In between, they won an absurd miracle game against South Carolina, 21-20. They trailed 20-7 after 57 minutes of play, and could barely gain a yard offensively.
At 4-2, the Tigers are looking at a difficult road ahead, as Maty Mauk is struggling to complete basic passes.
@ Florida W 42–13
Vanderbilt W 24–14
Kentucky W 20–10
@ #24 Texas A&M W 34–27
@ Tennessee W 29–21
Arkansas W 21–14
Mizzou discovers an identity, dominated by special teams, a ferocious pass rushing defense, and a slick running game. The running game opens up deep passes, as Jimmy Hunt, Bud Sasser and Darius White come out of nowhere to make up for the all the losses from the 2013 receiving corp.
They can't keep up with #1 Alabama in the Conf. Title game, but beat Minnesota in the Citrus Bowl and reach 11 undisputed wins for just the third time in team history.
2017
----
Mizzou has had two straight losing seasons, switched coaches, and are mired in a 3-13 slide over the last two seasons in the SEC.
The Tigers get off to their worst start in years, at 1-5 overall, and 0-4 in the SEC. Head Coach Barry Odom's obituary has already been written by most fans and the media.
Mizzou is only 5-13 in Odom's first 18 games, staring at a third straight losing season, they've lost their most explosive player (Damarea Crocket 1000 yards and 9 YPC in 2016) to a season ending injury, and they are losing recruits at a rapid pace.
Idaho W 68–21
@ Connecticut W 52–12
Florida W 45–16
Tennessee W 50–17
at Vanderbilt W 45–17
Mizzou turns into the most dominant team in the nation, blasting it's opponents in 5 straight games. Their closest victory is a 28 point murder of Vanderbilt in Nashville.
Drew Lock is having a field day, breaking records and building up NFL credentials. Mizzou has a two-headed monster in the running game behind Senior Ish Witter and Freshman Larry Roundtree. The defense has returned to dominating form, and the Special Teams has been a revelations, with the explosive return ability of Richaud Floyd, and the consistent performances of P Fatony and PK McCann.
Today, they face Arkansas to try and complete a 6-0 second half finish for the third time, like they did in 2007 and 2014.
