otherwise the question is moot. Now, assuming the Tigers take care of business and if:
~A&M loses to LSU
~Kentucky loses to Louisvile
~The SEC gets three teams in the 6 CF Playoff Bowls
That means Mizzou, A&M, Kentucky and MS State will all be 4-4 in Conference with MS St 8-4 overall and Mizzou, A&M and Kentucky all at 7-5. I would have to think Mizzou would be the highest ranked team of that bunch, so that would be a plus. The problem would be Mizzou has a bad (and well deserved) reputation of poor fan travel.
The Citrus Bowl will get their choice after the CFP Bowls, then the rest of the bowls will submit their preferences as will the teams and the SEC will make the decision to match them up.
If the stars align and everything falls into place, I would think Mizzou might have a shot at the Taxslayer Bowl if the Citrus takes LSU and SC goes to the Outback.
