They have to play faster. The last 2 games the opponent controlled the pace. We need to play at a pace close 80 possessions.
Also need to cut down on the turnovers. Harris should help with both of those.
The offense needs to be designed to score in transition, get Tilmon touches at the rim, and Barnett/Robertson on the perimeter.
Harris, Jontay and Puryear can be the playmakers that collapse the defense.
I would also set a goal of getting a good look with in the first 7 seconds of offense. (That doesn’t mean they have to take a shot, just try to create a look)
Defense has been ok, but I think it gets better once Harris, Tilmon and Jontay learn to defend.
