that is about as textbook an example of an organized mobbing as could be found. I don't think typically instances of stating amount of votes accumulated results in an overturn, unless doing so results in a piling on of votes due to calling attention to it.

That has been my observation, to clarify I'm not involved in overturning mobbings. I'm just answering your question.
